If you are here it is because you are either expecting or your little ones are growing up faster than you would like.   As a mother to three school aged children and two adult children, I know these days go by way too quickly.  I also know that Moms are busy and just want the best for their family.

Choosing a photographer can be a daunting task.  You will find a zillion (yes I said it) photographers from all backgrounds. So why me?

I consider myself a people person.  I love building relationships and am one of the most down to earth people you will meet.  I only take on a couple portrait sessions per month so I can build lasting relationships with my families. I think that is why my photography families choose to stay with me for years.  My goal is to get to know you and your family and have you walk away from each experience completely happy, excited and something tangible in your hand (not just an email with digital images as I quickly move onto the next person).

I have been photographing families in the Northern VA, Fredericksburg, Warrenton, Charlottesville, and Culpeper areas for 10 years.  I am skilled in many areas of portrait art, but I have found my passion in portraits of babies, children and families.  I have trained with some of the best photographers in the world on not only skill but newborn safety.   My style can be described as classic, relaxed and timeless.  I’m not much for “trendy” when it comes to my work.  I prefer a blend of traditional portraits with more candid moments throughout my sessions.

My home studio is located just outside the town of Culpeper, VA.
