Looking for a super easy, super inexpensive, and super yummy cutout cookie recipe?  I have the one for you!  My Mom always made these growing up and they continue to be a hit around our house and in our traditional holiday bake off.  The kids have fun cutting them into holiday shapes and frosting them in all sorts of goofy ways.  Of all the cookies and goodies I make, this is always their favorite.

CUT OUT COOKIES

1 Box Cake Mix (I use yellow)
1 stick margarine
1 egg

Roll out, with flour, and cut into shape

Bake @ 325 degrees
Large cookies 4 minutes
Small cookies 2.5 minutes

Let cool and decorate with your favorite frosting, sprinkles or just eat them plain!

Yes!  Its really THAT easy!  You're weclome!

Thank you to Deanna McCasland Photography for this beautiful lifestyle session we had back in 2013.  I still adore them to this day.
